Free Shipping on orders over $150

Domestic Shipping – $15 CAD (unless otherwise posted)
Flat rate shipping in Canada is $15 CAD. All Canadian orders are mailed via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and expected to arrive within 1 to 10 days after order fulfillment. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Free Local Delivery
Free local delivery within the City of Guelph. Delivery will be made within 3 working days of your order being processed.
Periodically, we will offer free delivery within the City of Markham. These dates will be announced on Instagram a couple of days in advance.
Cancellations or Changes
Changed your mind? Forgot to add something? Not to worry. Send us a message at hello@foodandsheltergoods.com within 24 hours of purchase and we will sort it out for you!
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with the product, please email hello@foodandsheltergoods.com. If you wish to return items please send back within 30 days of receiving. Returns are to be shipped at customers expense. Once items are returned, a refund will be issued.
